Shipping Term

• Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment suceeds.

• Please tell us your current address after your payment within 1-2 days; otherwise, we will ship your item according to your address on your order, so make sure it is correct.

• Before ordering please contact us to confirm your preferred shipment method. Normally, it takes 20-50 business days for arrival by Post registered Air Mail, and takes 3-10 business days by Express.

• Sometimes it would be longer because of the bad weather, a waste of time in customs clearance. Thus please wait patiently when you do not receive your item on time. If you don’t receive the item within 30 days, please contact us, and then I will help you track it.

• Please pay attention please we are unable to take any responsibility for any customs delay or tax.

Returns

• If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reasons, simply return it un-opened within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the full amount.

• Returns are only offered if the item is returned to us in its unworn, original condition with the sticker fully intact.  Buyers are responsible for paying their own return postage fees.

• Exchanges will be sent out when buyers pay the re-shipping cost.

• Please could all buyers place a small note with their returned item stating their order number, full name and address.

• A notification will be sent to you once your returned item is received and another once your refund/exchange has been processed.

• The above conditions do not apply to wrong/faulty items sent out.  In the rare event this should happen, all charges will be covered by ourselves and exchanges will be sent out immediately provided buyers contact us beforehand.
