2.After we ship out the parcel, the tracking news of your country need sometime to update. it usually take around 15-50 days to delivery, however due to the COVID-19 virus in the world, the post office need more time to process the parcels, therefore if the parcel spent more than 90 days on the way, we can refund to you.
